The Synara Founder Story
Founders founded Synara after years of witnessing companies struggle to make AI work in the real world. From failed consulting projects to uninspiring workshops, he realized the missing link: execution inside real workflows.
Driven by a deep belief in enablement over simple advice, Synara’s mission focuses on structuring transformation for teams—especially those in Eastern Europe. We view technology as a tool for people, not a replacement for them.
